Yesterday we held our annual Open Day here at the St Dominic's Priory. Starting at 10am we had quite the busy programme for all who stopped by -- chapel tours & history, hymn singalongs, a talk given by our prioress on "Who are the Sisters?", Midday Prayer, a flute recital, and a fun quiz, as well as plenty of cake and tea all around!
We met so many new people and were absolutely delighted to welcome and get to know them - and look forward to their return! And as always, we are immensely grateful for all the familiar faces of dear friends that stopped by to support our event, especially those that helped out with the cake and tea stalls. Here are a few photos of some of the activities and a little group shot of those who stayed behind to brave the Life in the UK quiz (which we all passed, thanks be to God!)
